Michael Tor — Founder & CEO
I've spent 10+ years in product — from co-founding and bootstrapping a startup for five years, to leading product at public adtech and e-commerce companies, where features I led drove $20M+ in annual revenue. I studied Product Management at the Technion — Israel Institute of Technology.
But the resume isn't the point. The point is a pattern I saw everywhere:
Brilliant product thinking, lost in translation. Diluted through handoffs. Compressed into templates no one reads. Misread by developers who never heard the original reasoning. Teams shipping features that traced back to the original intent maybe 40% of the time.
Not because anyone was bad at their job. Because the process was designed for a world where building was slow and deciding could take its time.
That world is gone. Beam is the tool I spent a decade wishing existed.

What we do have: a working product, a decade of shipping experience, and the conviction that this problem is worth solving properly — not wrapping ChatGPT in a template.
